In countries like India he states are not in a position to create and establish funds for providing social security to their people when they are ill, when the turn handicapped, when they are old or when they are out of employment or when they are left by those who were responsible for taking care of them. In some countries the states have taken up this responsibility and they are providing some dolls to their people in time of need. But in countries which are still backward or are in developing stage, they are not in a position to establish such funds.

In India we have noted that the number of people who can be paid dolls is on the higher side because here the people are poor and most of them need help. They were not allowed to have proper education, proper training and proper employment and that is the reason their income had remained on the lower side and once a family became poor, then all the generations following them remained poor because it is very difficult to come out of poverty and the people who are rich and powerful would never allow these poor people to rise.

When we were fighting our war of independence, Mahatma Gandhi had been telling us that we shall be establishing Ram Rajaya here, but he was not allowed to see that Ram Rajaya could be established here. He was written off by some one and then this country had been given in hands of those who were not very much interested in establishing Ram Rajaya here. That had been the reason that all those problems which had been established with the people during the time of rajas, maharajas, monarchs and the imperialists are still continuing all those who had been occupying the seats of power had been assuring us, but all these slogans were false and they had been cheating us by giving false hopes and solving no problems. We have seen that all those who were poor in 1947 have been reduced to more poverty and all those who were rich in that point of time have grown more rich and more powerful. The state could not control anything and at times, people are complaining that the state itself is conniving with the rich and the powerful and they are exploiting the condition and position of the poor and the weak.

It seems that the state shall not take up this task of providing social security to the people of India and the poor shall not be able to come forward. There are chances that the poor shall become more poor and he shall be suffering in old age. We have seen that some people have started committing suicide and some people are dying because they are not getting help when they need. Most of the poor people die because they are not getting social security in old age and when they are ill.
